Yesterday was the last day of observation work. I think i will miss the people from level 11 badly, haha.... they were really great and nice guys! I will visit them again since i am staying to help level 5 people for another month.

I am like dreaming while i am writing, tsk tsk... feeling so sleepy. Ever since i started working, i have been sleeping quite early and it can be like before 10pm, i will find myself lying on the bed already 4=

With the help of onii and mama, i manage to rebond my fringe. The cream was bought yesterday at watson recommended by YL. Thx! The smell of the cream is totally comparable to those of the hair salon. Quite good i must say (:

As you know fringe gets long easily and once my fringe gets longer, i can't help but feel irritated, haha because this means that my fringe will curl anytime >.< nice =P

Therefore i asked the salesgirl and she introduce the *above* to me. Seems easy to apply.

Update for the whole week~

Monday to Friday: Been working at Standard Chartered Bank however this will only last for 2 weeks. It was rather interesting as it involve some kind of observation and walking around. I also have quite a few times of resting, haha. After these 2 weeks, i will be staying there for another 1 month since another department need someone to replace the present secretary as she has something on. Soo I will be helping general manager to do scheduling and stuff like that... woot should be fun (:

Yesterday went to ECP... yess again! This time round i accompany onii since she had always wanted to cycle. Everytime i went with my friends, she will ask "when are you going with me" as her friends hardly want to go cycling.

Actually onii was not feeling very well yesterday but she insisted that she was ok. Well so our "Long awaited sisters cycling" started.

Yesterday

Work at ecp was fun especially it was the first time i manage to help some primary shcool kids built sandcastles. Lots of them were there yesterday with their teachers & parents. I must say that they are all very creative in making their own sandcastles ((: Today i can feel my whole body aches so badly, haha must be not exercising for quite long X=

Yesterday was raining soo heavily that wh & I couldn't leave. In the meantime also waiting for our pay. Anyway we made some new friends there and they were friendly people and like to joke around.

We left the place after getting our pay and i went to meet sab (:

Accompany Ah Wei to MDIS to apply for her course. While we were inside the lrt, i called muay to check with her regarding the pricing BMC offered perviously with the same course. Thanks muay (:

Hwee Peng was also there to apply the same course. To my surprise they actually need to take some english test to see their standard 4= So i waited for them to complete while i read the magazines and newspapers. Anyway the magazines i was reading was puclished in 2006 whereas the newspapers was 2007 X= Waited for an hour & I was so famished while waiting, ah wei also felt the same, haha. Had our lunch + dinner at 430.

We have never been to the basement and since there was this sign board which said something like there are more exciting shop at the basement, and with the curiosity, we went down. I think there was a customer service located at a corner there. We only saw 1 shop opening, other than that, all shops are closed.

We passed by this area which totally freaked us out. Inside was rather dark and from outside it looked like a jail, haha... Ah wei was telling me she heard something, then i said "what sound".... Suddenly both of us heard a loud sound coming from the exit door. Don't know how to describe but it was really creepy and scary. Immediately we walked away!!

Did you notice that the sky was so orange around 645pm.... Is it something going to happen?? Who knows!!

Nothing much happened today... was helping my mama do some cleaning, after that use computer.

I was you-tubing and i came across some videos which shows some pictures of people who are underweight and overweight. My underweight is not simply skinny that kind but rather one can see the bones and rips. Those with eating disorder are usually girls because many of them actually either don't eat or puke and tried to vomit once they consume any foods /= This is a NO NO NO... In the end you have achieve your goal but you lose your health. I don't think wearing clothers will be nice and it is not worth it. Health is precious!!!! *No offend* =P

Obesity usually comes from the huge amount of sugars the person consume. Sometimes one really couldn't control but keep on putting more & more foods into the mouth. I saw one video from the you-tube which shows a man consuming more than 10000 calories a day which is a few times more than a normal person would consume (Normal person: approximately less than 2000 depending. Haha never go count b4)

I feel that the best way to cut down weight or maintain the weight is perhaps

1) No tidbits (But occasionally is alright, maybe can use fruits as substitute) (:
2) No fast food
3) Don't eat too much during dinner (But must still eat some foods)
4) Don't go for buffet q=
5) Do not eat more than 2 persons portion of foods
6) Exercise once in a while =P

SAY NO TO SWEET FOODs: Chocolate, sweets ( Haahaa chocolate is really a killer because that time after my O-level's, i work in metro for 4 months and i ate fast food most of the times and not forgetting chocolates. Aftermath i gain 4 kg... meaning 1kg each month X= )

Today was suppose to go cycling with xy, ivan & muay but since ivan couldn't make it, we decided to postpone it to the next time (:

Time was spent with muay at Suntec there as she has the urge to find out the cost of the "dvd", haha... tsk tsk anywat it was way 2 expensive. She was struggling hard to refrain herself from buying and ..... yup she manage to keep her $ safe and sound =P B4 that we went to sakae for our lunch.



Muay lunch: chicken set with rice but somehow we both felt that the chicken portion look rather small X= *Woohoo rice ar muay

Sudddenly Jennifer who is in charge of the job audition called and asked me to go down this sat to ecp. And the timing was 715am... so early Z= Luckily wh also got chosen, therefore we'll be going down tgt this sat, haha



Lastly we played this for 3 times. Super fun and after each round, we couldn't resist the temptation but continue to go for another round. Also to pamper ourselves, haha... "Yu Ba Bu Nen"
